22 December 2008currently i am doing my articleship in a small firm .Now i got an offer from E & Y.I am planning to join e &y for better & future prospects .My principal is denying me a transfer .What steps can be can taken be with the help of ICAI in order to materialise my transfer.PLZ reply immediately

U doing graduation thru a college or no ??
If your principal is denying u transfer, den u can give him a formal application that ur permanently shifting out of town due to personal issues.
So, u have to take transfer......
Dont worry, he ll never come to know by any way that u joined e & y....

i am doing arical ship i complited 2 years of artical ship how much days leave is allowed in term of articalship
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
