02 December 2009One of my client, who is having a Hospital, is purchasing chemicals for lab testing. The same hospital is having the pharmacy. while purchasing the chemical from the supplier , supplier charge TNVAT on the chemicals, whether i can suggest my client to take INPUT CREDIT on TNVAT paid to purchase that Lab Chemicals. If the answer is yes, the same TNVAT can be set of against the pharmacy Sales. Please give me some good solution

one of biggest problem , when query is posted relating to VAT ,
they never like to disclose about the state in which they are dealing with or
reference of which state VAT law should be given to response thier query
