Hi friends, today I have no other way but to write here bcos you people are the only one with whom I can share this. In my opinion todays CA final costing paper (old) is the lenthiest costing paper in the history of the ICAI. According to my calculation if any one wants to complete the paper then within a span of 3 hours he has to answer minimum 14 and maximum 16 questions . I dont think our respected question-setter himself can answer his own question within 3 hours then how can we. I am hopeful that ICAI will think about their new question pattern and come out with a solution and meanwhile we will prepare for the next attempt. Jai Ho ICAI ka.

even not passible for VIRU SAHASTRA BUDDHI to complete in 3 hrs......
CA final cost paper is very lenghty...I am thinking that PRESIDENT kindly order paper setter to sit and solve whole paper in 3 hrs and if he is unable to solve then PRESIDENT should fire him from his job and all student shall put legal case against him for spoiling thousands student career. This is my personal view.
Marks alloted to each sum was so less compared to the solution it required. ABC problem was so big but only 9 marks were given. In earlier years' papers, a similar question would have carried 16 marks. This is just one case. There were many such instances in the paper.

The paper was lengthy so incomplete solutions should get proportionate marks fairly !
hey guys i have heard that in practical papers when a problem is asked for less than 10 marks then marks will alloted when the student solves that problem with correct solution as those questions are to test the concepts of the students n thats the reason y stuents got less marks in may 10 exams. i hope this should not be true.

Friends Again ICAI fool the students Let the question setter has to complete the paper with in 3 hrs ..in fact he has to complete it with 0230 hrs than only icai can except a student to complete it with the stipulated 3 hrs We the studnets should protest jointly ?we prefer a legal redressal on this
