Tds return...........

Could you please help me....i m facing a lot of problems in filling of TDS return 24Q for 4th qtr.

i uploaded the return after validating the file to tin.nsdl.com as on 17th of may 2012 but due to some error it got rejected by the NSDL .i again uploaded  the file after erasing the error but it got rejected by NSDL again with the error code (T-DB-2017) and error descriptttion is (Regular statement with same periodicity ( combination of Form, TAN, FY and Quarter) cannot be uploaded more than once)

Still i m waiting to file the Return so please guide me how could i complete it.
