HI, can any one help me to answering my questions to refund from income tax department,
I have claimed my Tax Refund for the A.Y. 2008-09 (May-08 I.T Return Date)
but still i am waiting for my refund. according to income tax act. The excess tax can be claimed as refund by filing your income tax return. It will be refunded by issue of cheque or by crediting to your bank account. The department has been making efforts to settle refund claims within four months from the month of filing return.
but it has passed more than a year time, i have made two written complaint to the IT Commissioner. but still there is no progress,
can any expert help me to whom should i contact for the further complaint, is there any authority who is looking all this.
