07 April 2013Razorblade films pvt ltd it is the co. who make the ad film like katrina kaif veet ad and Vocal india pvt ltd is the company who convert this hindi ad to tamil ad ( means dubbing) the vocal india issue a invoice of Rs 47361 (including service tax). so what is the rate of tds should be dedut in the payment of vocal india?

Agreed With Aanya ,
Dubbing Service is provided by using some equipments and dubbing artists and artist is a proffesional , so its but obvious to deduct tds u/s 194j if invoice includes the remuneration of such artist.
Correct me if i m wrong
