In case of professionals, if invoice for professional fees is submitted along with reimbursements, then we deduct tax.
Now a days every contract mentions the reimbursements at actuals and we deduct tax on it, to be on the safer side.
But if reimbursements are in the nature of any statutory payments made on our behalf, then we dont withhold tax.
