Has the Income Tax Site updated TDS Calculator post Budget announcement

Clear tax updated calculation is Nil tax for Rs.8 lakhs income, but calculate Rs.10400/= as tax for 7.85 lakhs income.
Tax calcilation is not correct for 8 lakhs income, it cannot be Nil.
