We are a Pvt Ltd Company and we have availed Marketing Services from an Italian Company. They have run Marketing Campaign on their website for our product . Please let me know the rate of TDS to be remitted for this services.

Dear Sir,
Pleae check whether any business connection is established in India or not? As per your fact, the Italian company has provided services from out side India on their web site. Hence, in my opinion, no business connection is established. Accordingly, Italian company is not taxable in India and question of TDS does not arise.
We are using fabric designer service from an Italian Indivisual; what will be the TDS rate?
