My Brother run a restaurant in Delhi, he was register GST under the composition Scheme, This Quarter (Apr – jun) The E Commerce Operator(Swiggy) Collected TCS from him. Any Possible to Claim the TCS amount in GST. Kindly Share ideas to me.

composite dealer cannot supply through E commerce, advice to opt out of composite scheme and get credit of TCS in your Electronic Cash Ledger
