28 December 2024I am registered as work contract service. I hired few dumper on rent from unregistered person. The maintenance like tyres oil lubricant etc was paid by me.
1.Can I claim the credit on invoice raised to my firm in case of hired vehicle maintenance?
2.Further I paid 50 lakhs to unregistered person as rent. What will be GST liability on me for rent paid?
