Tcs accounting

I have purchased a JCB machine form the JCB India, In there invoice they have charged the TCS but not issued the certificate for collection of the TCS. my question is that

1. How shall I deal in books of accounts the tcs credit.

2. He is not issued the certificate of the TCS, what should I do?

certificate shall be issue to u when return will be filled by them and it also be reflected in ur 26as
