Tax answer _ presentation

hii...if any ques will come in exam   related to case laws ....and if  that time i wl be not  able to recall whats the case name or which court  provide ths decision....then how shd i start my anwer......

example- 

the fact of the given case are similar to the fact of the case observed by honorable court..that.......

(Is ths line is correct to start my answer)..??
