Question: When Buyer can take credit ??? --- Is 25 th Oct -- OR -- 2 nd. Nov

Note: Previously Central Excise rules says You can take credit after received of Goods ---
As per CE the Same is in GST regime....
You take ITC on 2nd November... You ll be show it in "GSTR 2 - Nov 2017"
