Hi,
I am going to file STK2 for a company after closing the FY 2018-19, in April 2019 I will file an application for Stike off.
Whether I have to file INC 22A.
Please give guidance on STK 2 also

In my openion, rule specifically mentioned some forms which you cannot file unless the company is ACTIVE COMPLIANT. STK -2 is not mentioned in that. So, Inc 22A neednot be filed in this case.
