signing of audit report

it is not necessary that auditor & director sign the audit report on the same date..!

Signing of BS by director before auditor is not.

Try and manage same date of signing by BOD and auditor.

now if we mentioned signing date of audit report by director and auditor is 18.09.2009 . A.g.m. date is 30.09.2009. so notice for a.g.m. before 21 days how we convey to share holder.

Yes it is possible. But you have to convene the AGM at shorter notice u/s 171(2)(i) with 100% consent of shareholder.

it is not necessary that both the auditor & director to sign the audit report on the same date  but the auditor should sign only after signed by the director
