Dear Sir,
We have Multi Branches and transfer material 1 state to other state. But Branches don't pay amount to each other against that Invoices. All india Debtors payment rec'd. in Head office Bank Account.
ITC Will claimable against branch transfer input ? bcs company don't rec'd. consideration against outward Supply.

Yes ITC can be claimed.
payment is not a requirement in case in of branch transfers.
Altough supplies should be made from respective GSTIN as all GSTIN within same PAN are treated separate and distinct from each other.
