Definately yes we are taken for granted...................Rules are laid down as if we are bonded labour............say u cannot attend class after this time and that time,u cannot do any other course, u cannot take more leave, u cannot take transfer, u have to file various forms and list goeson. why so much rigidity? Have we done some big blunder by joining articlesw. Agreed that articles is an important and integral par t of our course, but why are we bounded by so much rules, rules rules.........................

Yes i also in favour of strike.ICAI had ban all the things like transfer, coaching classes, doing other courses they want to harrased students.actually there is monoply of practicing member in ICAI Council they makes rule for his own favour not for student favour. Our Stipend are very minimum in today enviournment and period of articleship are too long then other courses like CS,ICWA. You cant not hire a peon less than Rs.4000/-pm but you hire a ca article just rs.1000/-who is bound to work for 3years how discussing.
Friends we should have a union so that we can fight for our rights against the ICAI monopoly otherwise they harrased students ane kill their futurre carrier.

Think properly before any move....I know it is a big problem but it is not a National Problem.
Please continue the same attitude towards the national problems after becoming the successful CAs.
I wish ICAI remove the ban on transfer.

Institute behaviour is rude towards article clerks.
If article is not satisfied with his articleship than he can transfer.
India is democratic contry, everyone has of freedom.
