My company wants to pay legal and incidental charges to another company.
So whether it is our liablity to deposit service tax on that amount under reverse charge OR not.

If your company is paying any legal charges to any advocate or firm of advocates then your comany has to pay service tax under reverse charge mechanism.
If the payment is made not to advocate or firm of advocates -- No reverse charge
