I have Registered under Service Tax.
Under Category of Business Support Services & Transportation of Goods by road.
Can i take the abatement under Transportation goods by road & Set off Taken under business support Services... both can be taken in Service tax payment Amount....
Please give me the Suggestion for this what can be done............
if you do not avail CENVAT Credit, you will get abatement under GTA.
I am not getting your second point.
I had registered under Business Auxilary Service Also on that i can get the Set off Claim on that....
In Transpotation goods by Road(GTA) it is reversed charged mechnisim or Whether i have to pay the Service on that 75 % abatement -4.2% is payable
