Service tax on GTA & business support service

if you do not avail CENVAT Credit, you will get abatement under GTA.

I am not getting your second point.

I had registered under Business Auxilary Service Also on that i can get the Set off Claim on that....

In Transpotation goods by Road(GTA) it is reversed charged mechnisim or Whether i have to pay the Service on that 75 % abatement -4.2% is payable
