Service tax on carriage outward

A manufacturing unit sales goods to customer upto his door step. the whole responsibility remain under the manufacturing unit till customer's acceptance. for supplying such goods manufacturing unit receives monthly Invoice from the transporter. on such invs manufacturing unit paying service tax @ 10.30% on 25% of total inv amount. In such case can manufacturing unit take this Service tax as cenvat? Pl suggest.
