Dear Experts,

Kindly provide your valuable view on the following

A transport company is providing its floor of bus to a courier agency for the consideration of monthly rentals to be paid by the courier agency. Please provide opinion on the applicability of Service Tax and under which service will it be taxable.

It is a taxable service and also tax calculated if such service provided by service provider and they are not raised the service tax on such invoices then liable to his portion by such service receiver.
