Please suggest me i am selling my old Mobile phone who purchase in 06,2018 and book in company account as a Fixed Asset
Now i am selling the mobile phone on half price of purchase value
Should i issue invoice to buyer with GST

Have you claimed ITC of GST at the time of purchase
if Yes then you have to charge GST and also there is reversal in ITC claimed as per rules
