i have 2bhk cidco flat at vashi navi mumbai. currently the news of g.s.t has cause a little issues over here.
as such my flat is around 68lakhs nd earlier the purchaser had to pay 11 percent taxes (including everything) but because of g.s.t there are news that there would be increase in the tax for the purchaser?
so if i find buyer than what would be the taxes he has to pay while registration? and how much percentage it would be ?

it's property if u r not a builder, no GST fear.
There is no GST ON resale of Property.
but there are hoardings near by registration office saying that there would be increase in the taxes and for which there is written that from july registration of resale propertiez will be charged by g.s.t and not by previous tax system? pls let me know
situation needs to be confirmed with paper documents with Government declaration oficial with ur case
