Return of Allotment-Pvt Co.
Under Return of Allotment we need to submit list of Allotees(per Table A,B,CD). Now my question is shares are issued issued for a money which is paid in cheques by the allottees. pls can any body letme know if these allottes who have issued cheques for their share money can be inculuded in Table A or should they be included in Table B (i.e otherwise than in cash) pls suggest me where should i include whether Table A or B for money paid through cheques.

There is no difference between cash and cheque i.e. cash means it includes payment through cheque. accordingly it will be treated as consideration for cash only and NOT in KIND.

Ashwini is right. Cheque / DD / Pay order and the like are equivalent to cash only.
Allotment for consideration other than cash means allotment of shares in consideration of receipt of some services viz., technical know how , management consultancy, legal services and the like or receipt of some movable or immovable assets viz., land, building, etc.
