Removal of auditor under act

Under the new Act, any person can apply to the Tribunal for removal of auditors. Any members or creditor irrespective of the quantum or percentage of holding can make such an application. Wont this be a source of harassment for the auditors?

When the economy is slowing down, there is a severe strain on the company's bottom-line, and often the company follows an unprofessional practice to remain profitable or try to appear profitable on books.

Auditor's job becomes more difficult here whether to let such practice continue or qualify their reports.
