dear friends,
i wish to shift my office from delhi to Kundli(Haryana) means inter-state but the jurisdiction of ROC will be same. In my opinion special resolution is required. I just wish to confirm the same. Please treat it a bit urgent.

Agree with Neha the usual process of change of registered office is required to be followed immaterial of the registrar being same.
