A co has branches in uttrakhand as well as in Delhi. Uk branch has t/o of rs 5l and Delhi branch has t/o of rs. 6l...
So as per sec 22 uk branch is req to get registered bcoz its a special category state
Whether Delhi branch js also req to get reg or not?
