I am a qualified company Secretary and I am also persuing MBA(correspondence) from symbiosis, Pune.
I want to work with big 4, but I have heard that they appoint only rankholders,however I am not a rankholder.
Can I get appointed in the same.??
Please suggest.

i have not heard that they only appoint rank holders but,even mediocres can also be admitted..
all that matters is your personality and knowledge.......

There is no such condition that only rank holders are admitted.

There is no any conditions. I have clered to CA with normal marks but got the offer from big 4 but i not joined the same.
Another thing is time schedule is very tight in big 4
