I am regarding inquiry about GST. We have mutual agreement with the contractor. For example service tax amount Rs.100.Out of that amount contractor is liable to pay Rs.60 and remaining amount paid by Trust. In that case that trust didn’t have service tax no. What is procedure to pay the tax amount? Please give a guideline.

First of all let rules be formed. We can say that it will be almost same as what at present service tax is, but with added value for intermediate stages. For final stage customer there won't be much change.
If trust is not doing any activity like providing any service, or selling any goods, liability of registration of trust may not arise, unless RCM applicable.
