We have hired a IT person to take care of IT service for one of our branches. Could you please tell me if the rate of TDS 10% or 2 % as it a firm. This is FY 2015-16

Is it under a contractual agreement or prof fees. If contractual agreement, then 2% else 10%

if the person who received the payment is INDIVIDUAL then it will be 1 %

My point here was Wrt contract and prof fees.
Of the payee was an individual then TDs on contractor would be 1% and prof fees would be 10%
