in the ITR, u have to fill ur Bank A/C no., if u hav any refunds, the same will b credited in ur account within 6 months of filing the return.

Refund should be claimed with in one year from the end of the relevent assessment year
for ex: for 31st March 2009, Max time is upto 31st March 2011

Ashish, no one can file 2 ITR's so if you are having income form fifferent sources than you have to file your income tax return in ITR4...you can check itr-4.. you will find both annexures i.e for salary and for business
Answer2. it is simple you have to file your ITR with in the time limit i.e. befor end of the Assessment years
Ans3 it might be Income tax national security...this usually used in code of tax challans
