Ptrc and ptec - professional tax

Hello learned folks, 

I have got my PTRC and PTEC done online and I have generated Form 1 & 4 (Bangalore). My question is - Is it necessary to visit the tax office to get a login and password, or will I receive it on my email within 15 days? 

Kindly help, as the officers there are charging unofficial fees and I have to travel a lot to visit their office.
