there is a query in my mind that i tried to open a current account in bank in the name of my proprietorship firm but they want income tax return for proof and they said that income tax return must filed in the name of my proprietorship firm,i have no service tax registeration or sales tax number of this firm so please tell me how can i file the income tax return in the name of my proprietorship firm for a.y 2011-12 but the pan no. is of my name.i have not filed return for a.y2011-12 till now so please tell me how can i file the return in the name of proprietorship firm INSTEAD OF MY NAME i.e ON PAN CARD so that i can open a current account....... thanks in advance please reply soon
