Proprietorship or partnership or pvt ltd company - which is the best form to kick start a business

Every thing depends upon your business nature, its capital requirement, consumer or market needs etc.

As such each form has its own advantages and disadvantages !!!

In case the nature of Business is small, i would suggest proprietorship or partnership as no other statutory compliance is involved except GST and therefore you will have to bear less professional fees of experts.

But in case you are looking to start a macro scale business, and where capital and other requirements is huge you can opt for LLP or Private Ltd. Company, but involves extra compliance with respected to ROC filing among others.
