What exactly do you mean by poor infra-structural facilities? Coaching/ Work/ Ceiling leaks/ What?

If you mean inadequate exposure of work, you might try giving that reason.

But, hey... since you are in the first year of articleship, there is no restriction in transfer. Simply get the form signed and send it.. 

transfer of articleship under mutual concent is permitted without any reason for the first year of articleship..

Poor infra-structure means..

Very small work place.. No proper seating arrangements, no beverages provided even if v work for more hours in busy period(usually they ll not provide anything) and there is only one rest room for more than 15 offices here(which is always untidy)...

How can i be there for next 2.5 years..!!!

All the work needs to be done in our office itself (v ll not go to client's place too)..

Is this reason suffiecient..?

well transfer is allowed in the first year of articleship without any interference by ICAI....as far as i know...so u dont need to give any excuse if u want to take transfer...

plz help me too...i wanted to know that if i take transfer what form is required and wht other formalities need to be completed. Also will this affect the total period of articleship(3 yrs) tht i need to serve and also will the leave taken/earned by me carried forward in the new articleship

If you are in your first year of articleship then you can simply fill form109 and send it. Then you gotta send form 102 & 103 signed by new CA. You have to serve the remaining period ( 3 years less the period already served) under new CA.

If this ain't your 1st year, then you gotta fall under certain criterias to be able to take transfer or, give a solid reason to ICAI.
