Is there anyone who is pursuing the BCom from ICAI, through the MOA. the MOA between ICAI and Bharathiar university?

If yes, can u all please help me out in how to prepare for the exam which will be conducted in MAY2012.

for example is  there any specific chapter which has to be given more importance etc?

Please help.....:-( i am waiting for the reply...please help.....
