Place of Signing Notice & Director's report

Can anybody help me out on this -

Registered office of the company is in Mumbai. Corporate office in Chennai and auditors based out at chennai

Can the company's notice for AGM and director's report, along with accounts be signed at Chennai.

Hi,

YES.

Hold your board meeting in the chennai with desired quorum for adoption of accounts, directors' report and auditors' report and get them signed accordingly.

You may hold your BM anywhere with requisit quorum.

Yes the company's notice for AGM and director's report, along with accounts be signed at Chennai. You can call Board Meeting for signing of balancesheet and Profit and loss account including notice for general meeting in any place.
