07 June 2010Can anybody elaborate the detailed procedure for filing a petition u/s 141 with CLB for obtaining an order for condonation of delay in filing of form no.8 with MCA.
It would be a great help if anybody can send me the forms and formats for the same.
Within what time the petition can be filed after filing of delayed form 8 with MCA?

Documents required:
v Affidavit verifying the petition.
v Memorandum & Articles of Association duly certified.
v Copy of Form-8 duly filed with the Registrar f companies.
v Copy of proof of filing the Form-8 with ROC alongwith the letter received
v From ROC asking us to seek approval Under Section 141.
v Certified true copy of the Resolution of the Board regarding the filing this petition and appearance before the hon,ble Board.
