09 February 2011Can anybody provide me the source of notification which exempts students from taking permission for other course if he has joined articleship and other course also before 01/04/2008. My friend joined articleship in April 2007 and also LL.B course in June 2007 and he didnt obtained permission relying on the above notification.

I don't think/ recall there was any notification that exempts from taking permission. Though one could do one graduation course along with articleship, that too when timings didn't clash with articleship timing.
