i am a PE-2 Student. I want to convert in to IPCC course, I want to know when i can register for the cource?

Can i appear in Nov 10 Exam.

 I had a Exemption in Nov 2008 in accounts , Will it considered  in the IPCC Nov 10 Exam ?

When I can start the  articleship.? Plzzzzzzzzzzzz reply
