Open Office/MS Office

 Hi, Everybody,

Now I am using Open Office package. previously  I am using MS Office 2003. I am using several Add-ins to simplify my work in Excel. eg., Convert Numeric figures into words etc., in open office package I cant find how to add a add-in into open office. Please give me a suggestion how to add add-ins in Open Office package.
