Online purchase of books
I had placed order for practise manual from ICAI but its now more than month and haven't received yet.Neither they had provided any number to track the order.I had also mailed the ICAI about not receipt of order but they never replied.
Is these problems always there while making online purchase from ICAI?
And how should I claim my money back?

online purchase delivery by ICAI is very low...you must have received books widin 15 to 20 days... visit your nearest ICAI chapter wid side issue.. dey will give you ultimate solution....as one month is a quit long time. Goodluck.
