Can any one provide the link of "the banks/Notified Institutions exempted u/s 194A". our company is paying interest on secured loans to "Axis bank, BOI tokyo branc, IDFC, State bank of indore, State bank of travancore etc.-pls clarify whether tax has to be deducted on these interests payable on loans?
