in my openion, you should join in ca firm at the earliest., if u join in any mnc you got only experind that much of atmosphere, if u join in any ca firm you can learn all around knowledg about all the aspects we are going through...
To get exposure, take atleast 8mnths or preferably 1 year will do for making yourself reactive .Better join in a CA firm as employee to revive yourself. All the best .

Be it CA in regular Job or Practice doesnt make any difference even they dont know everythong...bhai pass toh mehnat karke hi bane hai....Decide the area in which you want to work....refer few basics thats all
As everyone says joining a CA firm for6 months vill give u knowledge n u vill b confident to give interview in MNC, trust me initially everyone in MNC vill ask u abt basics which u vill learn from any CA firm in 6 months.
