Non compliance of section 195 of tds

if Indian resident has forgot to deduct tds under section 195 for purchase of immovable property from NRI and due to lack of knowledge paid amount in normal resident of account of that NRI .

Then what is time limit of notice to be issued for non compliance of Tds
