Dear Sir,
When we sale nil rated item and taxable sale also in one invoice and when I use offline utility to create Jason file so that error arise and show the error like duplicate invoice because of nil rated sales in B2B plz resolve this problem.

how duplication will come you don't enter invoice twice. Instead only taxable value in different tax slab
