There is a NGO taken a contract from Municipal corporation to take care for a public garden and to enhance the recreational activitis like, Yoga, sports activities etc.  Can this NGO give any 3rd party to manage all these events. and collect the revenue to maintain the garden and other objectives. This 3rd party will arrange trainers for all the recreational activities
