Need help

I am a student of Ca final having attempt in may'2016 Today i register myself for advance itt training. But the itt center is not accepting my form say that they are taking students having attemp s on nov'15. If the online registration site is accepting my registration why are they not allowing me? There is no such official notification which does not allow may'16 attempt students. If i want to utilize my residual time in training why am i not allowed. Kindy suggests some alternative
