in 2015-16 he is earning tution income and last two month of F. Y he start earing salary also
so from F. Y 2016-17 he is doing work and earning tution income also.

which ITR form will be for F. Y 2015-16 and 2016-17

First we ll understand the income from which is main income. Also we can ask to the assessee and his way... As per my understanding above said your last question... We can file ITR 4 in AY 16-17. Bcoz, he is earning from tuition income is higher than Salary... AY 17-18 : i) If tuition income is more than salary income then we can file ITR 3 as PGBP... ii) If the Salary income more than Tuition income then will be file ITR 1.. Also file ITR 3... No more restriction if file under PGBP...
